These workshops are non-yoga related and completely bodywork focused. Each session offers techniques to enable practitioners to understand the process of giving and receiving bodywork sessions. Expect a combination of dry techniques, myofascia and soft tissue work as well as acupressure.

About the event
Jambo is a multi-disciplinary integrated health practitioner. He has over 15 years’ experience of working with allopathic medicine as well as the well-being industry. His background is in addiction, trauma and chronic pain where he has set up clinics and centres. Jambo travels internationally teaching workshops and trainings on Forest Yoga, Experimental anatomy and developing personal ceremonial practices based on his apprenticeships with senior shamans of the traditions from Native America and South East Asia.
These workshops are suitable for everyone to learn a little more about their bodies.
